Key Responsibilities
Handle complete day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime.
Manage GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), TDS and ITC reconciliation.
Maintain purchase, sales, bank, cash and ledger accounts.
Manage inventory accounting (Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods).
Handle stock reconciliation of lithium-ion cells, BMS and other components.
Prepare BOM-based product costing and manufacturing cost reports.
Monitor customer outstanding, vendor payments and cash flow.
Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS reports.
Coordinate with CA, statutory auditors and CS for compliance and audit.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Tally Prime and Advanced Excel.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation.
Experience in manufacturing and inventory accounting.
Knowledge of product costing and stock reconciliation.
Ability to independently manage accounts and financial reporting.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in manufacturing, automobile, electrical, electronics or battery assembly companies.
