Job Description – Operations Manager

Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily business operations.
Ensure smooth coordination between all departments.
Monitor employee performance and departmental activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and targets.
Develop and implement effective operational procedures.
Monitor expenses and control operational costs.
Identify operational issues and take necessary corrective actions.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources.
Maintain quality standards and workplace discipline.
Review operational performance and submit reports to management.
Support management in business planning and decision-making.

Experience: 5 years to 10 years

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
