We are looking for a qualified Electrical Engineer to manage and execute electrical activities at offshore project sites. The candidate should have experience in electrical installation, cable laying, testing, commissioning, manpower management, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities.
Be mentally prepared to work in an offshore workplace and adapt to offshore working conditions and culture.
Coordinate effectively with the client, TPI and CA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare daily DPRs (Daily Progress Reports) and maintain regular coordination with the JPC base office through email.
Prepare weekly and monthly project plans and monitor progress against project schedules.
Ensure proper cable laying and installation as per applicable standards and project specifications.
Supervise and manage cable tray installation activities at site.
Read and interpret electrical drawings and guide the execution team accordingly.
Manage and control manpower at site to ensure timely and productive completion of work.




Supervise electrical testing and commissioning activities and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Handle control wiring of power and motor feeders, including panel modification activities as per the project scope.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety procedures, quality standards, and client requirements during execution.

Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech. or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Relevant experience in electrical project execution, preferably in offshore or oil and gas projects.

Required Skills
Valuable coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
Knowledge of electrical drawings, cable laying, cable tray installation, and control wiring.
Ability to manage site manpower and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Willingness to work in offshore conditions and follow project schedules.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
