The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, planning and coordinating domestic and international tour packages, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries regarding domestic and international tour packages.
Prepare customised tour itineraries and travel quotations.
Coordinate hotel bookings, sightseeing, transportation and other travel arrangements.
Communicate with customers and travel partners to ensure smooth tour operations.
Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain customer records and booking details.
Provide excellent customer service before, during and after travel.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
