We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Draughtsman / Draughtswoman to join our team in Chevayoor, Calicut. This role combines CAD drafting responsibilities with regular in office supervision. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing structural and architectural drawings as well as conducting site visits across Calicut to oversee ongoing construction work and verify site measurements.

Education: ITI Civil Draughtsman, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in civil drafting and site inspection (freshers with robust drafting skills and site aptitude are welcome to apply).

Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil (knowledge of Revit, 3ds Max,



or SketchUp is a plus).

Conveyance: Possession of a valid two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driving license is preferred for local site visits.

Compensation & Perks

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.

Travel Allowance: Separate travel allowance (TA) provided for all official site visits within Calicut.

Work Environment: Office based in Chevayoor with local site travel.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
