Key responsibilities
Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive store sales, revenue targets and profitability.
Lead, motivate and manage the store sales team.
Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Manage inventory, stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
Monitor daily sales reports, conversion rates and store performance.
Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations.
Ensure adherence to company policies and retail operational standards.

Preferred candidate profile
4–6 years of experience in organised retail.




Prior experience managing a retail store or handling store operations.
Experience in fashion, lifestyle, handbags, accessories or footwear retail preferred.
Solid team management and sales-driven approach.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Candidates currently based in Mumbai preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
