Job Responsibilities
Manage and maintain company social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
Create and publish engaging posts, product promotions, videos and company updates.
Develop and execute monthly digital marketing strategies.
Generate potential customer leads through online platforms.
Manage LinkedIn marketing campaigns and connect with potential customers, purchase managers and decision-makers.
Handle company website updates, SEO and Google Business Profile.
Prepare digital marketing content, brochures, presentations and product promotional materials.
Run Google Ads and social media advertising campaigns.
Monitor marketing performance, website traffic, engagement and lead generation.
Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams to understand products and prepare marketing content.
Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
Generate qualified business leads through digital marketing platforms for the Sales team.
Generate product enquiries through LinkedIn, Google, IndiaMART and other B2B platforms.
Coordinate with the Sales team to follow up on generated leads and convert them into business opportunities.
Research current markets,



potential customers and competitor activities to support sales growth.
Maintain a database of potential customers, contact details and generated enquiries.

Skills Required
Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
Positive communication and content-writing skills.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or other graphic design tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of LinkedIn lead generation and B2B marketing.
Basic video editing skills.
Positive research and analytical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Qualification
Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
