Job Title: Field Recruitment Executive

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Field Recruiter responsible for sourcing valid candidates through market visits, reference generation, and direct interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market visits to identify and source eligible candidates.
Generate candidate references through local contacts, networks, and referrals.
Approach potential candidates, explain available opportunities
Verify candidate eligibility and process for Interview.
Follow up with candidates
Build a robust candidate network through regular field activities and reference generation.
Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Willingness to travel locally for market visits.
Ability to generate references and source valid candidates.
Target-oriented approach with valuable interpersonal skills.
Experience in field sales, recruitment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
