Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our team as Semi-Voice & Chat Support Trainees.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries primarily through chat.
Respond to client messages and provide accurate information.
Understand client requirements and assist with basic queries.
Make occasional calls only when required.
Follow up on pending customer queries.
Maintain proper client records.
Requirements:
Valuable English communication skills.
Basic typing and computer knowledge.
Willingness to learn.

Note: This role mainly involves chat support with minimal calling.
