Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through phone, email and WhatsApp.
Prepare quotations, invoices and sales orders.
Maintain customer details and sales records.
Coordinate with the sales team and customers.
Follow up on pending orders and customer enquiries.
Assist the sales team with daily activities.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with accounts, warehouse and delivery departments.
Maintain proper documentation and data entry.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
