Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, and residential HVAC projects.
Generate leads, meet clients, and develop relationships with consultants, contractors, and builders.
Understand technical requirements, read HVAC drawings, and prepare BOQs and techno-commercial quotations.
Coordinate with estimation and design teams for costing, proposals, and tender submissions.
Robust knowledge of HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV, chillers, AHU/FCU, ducting, and ventilation.
Ability to read HVAC drawings and prepare BOQs.
Positive communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, basic AutoCAD, and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
