Position: Senior Factory Manager – Operations
Location: Kallapalayam, Coimbatore
Reporting to: Managing Director

Job Profile

Take overall responsibility for factory operations, including production, planning, accounts, finance, administration, stores and service. The Production, Accounts, Administration, Stores and Service teams will report to this position.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily operations to ensure timely production, dispatch and service.
Oversee accounts, cash flow, budgeting, cost control and financial reporting.
Ensure accurate documentation relating to GST, imports, customs, banking, HR and statutory compliance.
Maintain effective inventory control, stock accuracy and material planning.
Lead department heads, enforce company policies and submit regular performance reports to the Managing Director.

Qualifications & Experience




Graduate or postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management role with overall responsibility for accounts, finance, administration, documentation and operational planning.
Previous experience managing operations in a manufacturing company is essential.
Robust leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in accounting/ERP systems and Excel.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 per year
