We are looking for experienced specialists with 8–10 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development, preferably in Real Estate, Telecom, Retail, Hospitality, or Consumer Durables. The candidate will be responsible for generating current business leads, acquiring clients, and building long-term client relationships. Key responsibilities include market penetration, project sales, client retention, networking with developers, and conducting promotional campaigns and events. The role also involves preparing business proposals, negotiating commercial terms, and coordinating with the legal team for agreement closure. Candidates should possess excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Location: Mumbai, Gurugram, or Bengaluru.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
