Prepare detailed project cost estimates for turnkey interior fit-out, civil and MEP projects.
Study tender documents, architectural drawings, technical specifications and BOQs.
Prepare item-wise rate analysis covering material, labour, machinery, subcontracting, wastage and overhead costs.
Develop competitive and accurate project budgets with targeted profit margins.
Identify prospects for cost optimization without compromising project quality.
Maintain updated market rates for materials, labour and subcontractor services.
Prepare technical and commercial bid submissions.
Coordinate with clients, architects and consultants for tender clarifications.
Prepare tender comparison sheets and final costing summaries for management approval.
Develop and maintain a database of approved vendors, subcontractors and market rates.
Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits and project review meetings.
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
