Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented candidates for the Malayalam Voice Process in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, addressing queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication in Malayalam.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Communicate fluently with customers in Malayalam.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions.
Maintain high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.




Record customer interactions and update information in the CRM system.
Follow company policies, call-handling procedures, and quality standards.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
Escalate complex customer issues to the concerned department when required.

Candidate Requirements
Fluency in spoken Malayalam is mandatory.
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
Kannada or Tamil communication skills will be an added advantage.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.

Salary and Perks
Salary: Up to ₹35000
