Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented UK Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter with 1–2 years of recruitment experience to join our team in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to interview coordination.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.




Work towards recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in recruitment; UK recruitment experience will be preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening techniques.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in the UK shift (12:30 PM – 10:00 PM).
Willingness to work from the office in Ahmedabad.
