AAC Factory Boiler Operator

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the boiler to ensure continuous steam supply for AAC Blocks production.
Maintain required steam pressure and temperature as per production requirements.
Monitor boiler water level, fuel consumption and operating conditions.
Conduct routine inspection and cleaning of the boiler and associated equipment.
Monitor water quality and carry out regular blowdown as per operating procedures.
Identify abnormalities, leakages and pressure fluctuations and report immediately.
Maintain daily boiler operation and fuel consumption records.
Follow safety procedures and ensure proper use of PPE.
Coordinate with the autoclave operator to maintain uninterrupted steam supply.
