Opening for EXIM documentation executive with an experience of 3 years plus.
Experience with pharmaceuticals/ api/ chemicals preferred.
Job includes - Export order processing, complete documentation, Preparing Pre/ Post Shipment Export Documents, Government statutory requirements, Coordination with forwarding agents for air / Sea shipments, Co-ordinating with CHA/Transporters, Negotiate with various transporters, Freight Brokers, Shipping Cos/Airlines for Sea and Airfreight. Monitoring EWAY Bills, Invoicing & Packing list preparation. Close Coordination with Dispatch & Logistics department.
Preferred - valuable knowledge of Bank LCs, Logistics documentations. Knowledge of MS Office is must.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
