We are looking for confident and customer-focused Voice Executives to join our BPO team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, good customer-handling abilities, and a basic understanding of BPO processes.

Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO customer-handling experience (documented/on paper)
Salary: ₹25,000 CTC per month
Shift: Morning

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.




Maintain accurate customer records and call documentation.

Required Skills
Excellent English communication skills.
Versant score of 5 or above.
Good knowledge of BPO processes.
Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
