Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Position: Store Manager – Machinery Tools

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager with 3–4 years of experience in the Machinery Tools industry to manage our store in Siliguri.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store. - Handle sales, customer inquiries, and product demonstrations.
Maintain stock, inventory records, and purchase requirements.
Supervise store staff and ensure smooth workflow. - Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and management.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and availability of machinery tools.
Maintain discipline, honesty, and accountability in all store operations. Requirements:



- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the Machinery Tools industry.
Solid knowledge of machinery, tools, and related equipment.
Excellent sales, inventory, and store management skills.
Must be trustworthy, responsible, and capable of managing the store independently.
Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.
