We seek an experienced ex-Army retired Security Officer for the role of Vigilance Officer to ensure strict adherence to company policies, prevent malpractices, and maintain integrity in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct surprise checks & audits on processes & transactions
Investigate suspicious activities / fraud alerts
Monitor compliance with company policies & procedures
Report vigilance issues to management
Coordinate with internal teams & authorities if needed
Requirements:
Ex-Army / Paramilitary background with security / vigilance experience
Retired Security Officer with analytical & investigative skills
Robust ethics & ability to handle confidential info
Knowledge of vigilance procedures & laws
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
