Job Title: Sales Team Leader (WhatsApp Sales)

Location: Sikar, Rajasthan | Full-time | Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 + incentives

About Us

KCPC Bandhani is a Bandhani and ethnic wear brand from Sikar. Most of our sales happen on WhatsApp.

Your Work:

Lead the WhatsApp sales team and set daily sales targets

Make sure customers get quick and polite replies

Help the team with follow-ups and order closing

Train new team members

Share daily sales report

We Need:

years of sales or telesales experience, with team handling

Valuable Hindi speaking, comfortable with WhatsApp and Excel

Ethnic wear knowledge is a plus
