Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the customer database.
Build robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Follow up with customers to generate repeat sales.
Send birthday, anniversary, festive greetings and promotional offers.
Inform customers about new collections, launches and events.
Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer engagement and lead conversion.
Identify inactive customers and develop strategies to reactivate them.
Prepare regular CRM reports and track customer retention.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
3 -8 years of CRM experience, preferably in the jewellery industry.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp Business and CRM software.
Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
