Back-Office Data Operations: Perform data validation, record updating, document review, or MIS reporting.
Quality & SLA Compliance: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First Response Time (FRT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and quality scores.
