Focuses on ground-level implementation, daily oversight, and technical execution.
Hazard Identification: Conducts regular workplace inspections, safety audits, and job hazard analyses.
Compliance Enforcement: Ensures workers use proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols.
Incident Investigation: Investigates accidents, near-misses, and environmental spills to determine root causes.
Training & Education: Delivers safety inductions, operational training, and emergency drills for staff and contractors.
Waste & Environmental Management: Manages hazardous waste collection, storage, emissions tracking, and disposal
