Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide product information.
Explain company products, services, offers and pricing.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into orders.
Maintain customer details, call records and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer requirements.
Build and maintain valuable customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Requirements:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
Knowledge of Tamil and English is preferred.
