Hiring for a 100% Chat Process in the BFSI domain. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information on financial products, and ensuring timely resolution with high customer satisfaction.

Eligibility:
Graduates and Undergraduates can apply
Minimum 6 months of Customer Support experience (Voice or Chat)
Mandatory BFSI experience
Valuable understanding of financial markets
Robust written communication skills

Work Schedule:
5 days working
Rotational shifts with rotational weekly offs
