Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 In-Hand + Incentives
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Location: Gurgaon

Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.
Solid written communication and typing skills.
Positive sales and convincing abilities.
Strong customer-handling skills.
Confident and qualified personality.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through chat and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate professionally with customers and understand their requirements.
Promote relevant products and services to potential customers.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and maintain customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers whenever required.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Achieve assigned performance and sales targets.
Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
