Telecalling Executive – Real Estate
Location: Dwarka, New Delhi(Work From Office)
Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM | Sunday Off

About the Role:

Anand Estates is looking for a motivated and confident Telecalling Executive to join our growing real estate team.
The candidate will be responsible for handling leads, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clientsExplain project details including plot size, pricing, location, and payment plans Qualify leads based on budget and interest Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team Follow up with clients via call and WhatsAppUpdate lead status regularly in CRM

Eligibility amp; Requirements:Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Language:



Fluent Hindi amp; Basic EnglishFreshers are welcome

Complete training will be provided
Experience in real estate telecalling will be an added advantageGood communication skills and positive attitude

Salary amp; Advantages:₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month + Attractive IncentivesFresher: ₹15,000 - ₹18,000

Experience (6 Months+): ₹18,000 - ₹25,000Additional Closing IncentivesCareer growth prospect in Sales
