Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Leadership:
Checking whether teachers are completing the syllabus on time.
Preparing class schedules and exam dates.
Observe the teachers' teaching style and provide them with training or guidance if necessary.
Discipline & Administration:
Ensuring that students and staff strictly follow discipline in the school.
Monitoring student attendance and absence.
Resolving problems of students who violate school rules.
Communication with parents (Parent-Teacher Relations):
Organizing Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTM).
Discussing with parents about the progress and behavior of students and resolving their complaints.
Co-curricular Activities:
Planning and successfully managing school anniversaries, sports events, and festivals.




Encouraging students to participate in various competitions.
Management in the absence of the principal (Proxy Leadership):
Taking full responsibility for the school and making decisions during the principal's absence.

Requirements / Qualifications:
Education: Post Graduation in any subject with B.Ed / M.Ed is mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills.
Leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the use of computers and school software.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
