Job Title: PYP Homeroom Teacher (Grade 2)

Location: One World International School (OWIS), Sarjapur, Bengaluru

Curriculum: International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years Programme (PYP)

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom workplace.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Assess, monitor, and document student progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
Collaborate with PYP colleagues, specialist teachers, and coordinators to ensure effective curriculum implementation.
Integrate transdisciplinary learning experiences and promote international-mindedness.
Maintain accurate records, student portfolios, and assessment documentation.
Participate actively in school events, parent meetings, professional development programs,



and collaborative planning sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Education or relevant subject area with B.Ed.
Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in Primary Grades.
Prior experience in IB PYP schools preferred.
Robust understanding of inquiry-based and student-centered learning approaches.
Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to integrate technology effectively into teaching and learning.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
