About the role

aikyam works with communities to create meaningful products, workshops, experiences, and livelihood opportunities. We are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven person to help build our partnership channels from the ground up.

This is not a desk-only role. You will meet people, understand their needs, represent aikyam in the local ecosystem, and create opportunities with hotels, cafés, retailers, tour operators, corporates, and community-focused organisations.

What you will do
Build relationships with hotels, cafés, stores, tour operators, event organisers, and corporate organisations.
Introduce aikyam’s community-made products, workshops, and experiences.
Identify recent business opportunities and create a pipeline of potential partners and customers.
Support the promotion and sale of workshops, ticketed experiences, and community events.
Coordinate with community members, facilitators, and project teams to deliver commitments made to partners.
Represent aikyam at local meetings, exhibitions, markets, and community events.

What success looks like in the first 90 days
Develop a explicit list of potential partners and customers in Kochi.




Build a healthy outreach pipeline across hospitality, tourism, retail, and corporate segments.

Who we are looking for
Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable meeting clients and conducting local field visits.
Interest in community development, social enterprises, tourism, hospitality, or local livelihoods.
Basic ability to use email, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, and social media for business communication.
Malayalam and English proficiency is required.
Candidates based in Fort Kochi/Ernakulam are preferred.
