Identify and source vendors and suppliers for solar project materials.
Procure solar panels, solar inverters, batteries, cables, connectors and mounting structures.
Handle procurement of ACDB, DCDB, MC4 connectors, earthing materials and electrical accessories.
Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) based on project requirements.
Coordinate with the Solar Project and Engineering teams to understand material requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
Monitor stock availability and maintain proper inventory records.
Verify material quality, quantity and specifications before accepting deliveries.

Required Skills & Qualifications




Any Degree / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics preferred.
1–3 years of experience in purchase or procurement.
Knowledge of solar products and electrical materials is an advantage.
Valuable negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements.
Knowledge of GST invoices and purchase documentation.
