Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Faridabad
Experience: 2 - 6 months of EXP
Employment Type: Internship
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and follow up with candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and support hiring targets.
Assist in client coordination and business development activities.
Learn recruitment strategies, candidate management, and staffing operations.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR.
Target-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals is preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
