Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate candidate with a robust interest in data, analytics, and real-world problem-solving. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, experiment, and adapt while working with real production and real estate market data in a fast-paced environment and have minimum one year working eperience.

Key Responsibilities

Collect property and transaction price data from platforms like Magicbricks and OLX, and prepare structured CSV datasets

Clean, process, and analyze structured and unstructured data using Python (Pandas, NumPy)

Perform EDA and build visualizations and dashboards to understand price variations, market trends, and location differences

Build predictive models (Decision Tree, Random Forest)



to analyze property prices, evaluate accuracy, and identify key price drivers such as location, size, amenities, and nearby infrastructure

Generate insights that support property price estimation and real estate investment decisions

Collaborate with engineering and product teams on data integration and data-driven solutions

Document findings and present insights clearly

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Tech in CS / IT / AI / Data Science / related fields

Strong interest in Data Science, Analytics, and Machine Learning

Understanding of statistics and data concepts

Working knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL preferred)

Familiarity with visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Power BI, or Tableau) is a plus

Basic knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus

Good problem-solving and analytical thinking
