Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketplace Operations Executive to manage and grow our jewellery brand's presence across various e-commerce marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory, order management, pricing, promotions and overall marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, research and onboard suitable jewellery marketplaces.
Manage product listings, images, descriptions and pricing.
Maintain inventory and ensure accurate stock synchronization.
Handle marketplace orders, cancellations, returns and customer issues.
Coordinate promotional campaigns, discounts and offers.
Monitor listing errors,



account performance and settlement reports.
Ensure accurate product cataloguing and marketplace compliance.
Coordinate with Shopify, warehouse and fulfilment teams.
Support expansion into international marketplaces.

Required Skills
Knowledge of e-commerce marketplace seller portals.
Experience in product listing and catalogue management.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management.
Understanding of order processing and marketplace operations.
Valuable communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
