Maintain immaculate bar stations, ensuring strict adherence to local health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.

Leadership & Training
Train and mentor junior bartenders and barbacks on mixology techniques, menu knowledge, and service standards.
Create weekly scheduling recommendations and delegate side-work duties to ensure smooth pre-opening and closing procedures.
Enforce portion controls and pour techniques to minimize waste and spillages among the team.

Menu Innovation & Financials




Design seasonal cocktail menus and curated wine/beer lists that complement the restaurant’s culinary concept.
Conduct weekly inventory counts of liquor, wine, beer, and dry bar supplies, placing orders with approved distributors.
Analyze beverage cost percentages and adjust menu pricing or recipes to meet profit margin targets.
