We are hiring a hands-on HR Manager to run day-to-day HR at our factory.

Responsibilities
Worker relations and shop-floor grievance handling
Attendance, leave and shift records, and payroll coordination
PF, ESI and statutory compliance, including inspections and audits
Contract labour management and contractor coordination
Recruitment and onboarding for factory and office roles
HR records, registers and documentation

Requirements
HR experience in a manufacturing or factory setting, beyond recruitment or corporate HR alone
Working knowledge of PF, ESI, Factories Act and contract labour compliance
Comfortable working directly with workers on the shop floor
Able to commute to Bommasandra, Bengaluru

This role is based in Bommasandra, Bengaluru, six days a week, fully in office. Candidates from other cities who are willing to relocate are welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
