Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Site Engineer to support construction activities, coordinate with site teams and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising daily construction and site activities.
Coordinate with contractors, labourers and vendors.
Monitor work progress and report updates to the Senior Site Engineer.
Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Check material availability and support inventory tracking.
Assist with site measurements and quantity calculations.
Identify and report site issues to the reporting manager.
Maintain daily site reports and documentation.
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the site.




Support quality inspections and project completion activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 1 year of experience in site engineering or construction.
Basic knowledge of construction materials and methods.
Ability to understand civil and architectural drawings.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Willingness to travel between project sites when required.

A dedicated and enthusiastic individual with positive learning ability, attention to detail and an interest in construction project execution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
