Key Responsibilities

· Visit industrial areas, commercial buildings, factories and potential client locations to generate new leads.

· Identify potential customers and develop current business prospects.

· Promote HVAC products, Industrial Chillers, Heat Pumps and cooling solutions.

· Meet with decision-makers, consultants, contractors, builders and facility managers.

· Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

· Arrange client meetings, product presentations and follow-ups.

· Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal sales team.

· Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

· Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.

· Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.





· Maintain daily field visit reports and update the sales pipeline.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2–4 years of experience in Field Sales or Business Development.

· Experience in HVAC, Chiller, Industrial Equipment or Technical Sales will be preferred.

· Good communication and negotiation skills.

· Robust lead generation and client-handling abilities.

· Ability to independently manage field visits and customer meetings.

· Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
