Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated HR professional to join our team and support core HR functions. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement within a quick-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding recent hires.
Coordinate and execute smooth onboarding processes for new employees.
Plan and implement employee engagement activities to enhance morale and retention.
Maintain HR records, policies, and support performance reviews and employee development initiatives.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of HR and recruitment processes.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
