Position: HR Intern
Location: Budigere Cross, Bangalore
Stipend: ₹16,000 per month
Qualification: MBA in Human Resources (HR) – Mandatory
Eligibility: Recent MBA HR graduates only

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management and other HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for recent employees.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist with attendance, leave and employee documentation.
Support HR operations, payroll coordination and employee data management.




Assist in organising employee engagement activities and training programs.
Support HR policies, documentation and general administrative activities.

Eligibility Criteria
MBA in Human Resources (HR) is mandatory.
Must be a recently graduated MBA HR candidate.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR functions.
Familiarity with MS Excel and MS Office.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of HR responsibilities.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
