Surgical Assistance: Effective and secure assistance during ophthalmic procedures within the candidate's competency.
Equipment Maintenance: Proper handling and timely reporting of equipment issues.
Inventory Management: Availability of essential instruments and consumables with minimal avoidable stockouts.
Documentation: Accurate and timely maintenance of OT registers and checklists.
Patient Safety: Compliance with patient identification and surgical safety protocols.
Team Coordination: Effective coordination with surgeons and other OT personnel.
