Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Trainee / Junior IT Support Staff member to join our team. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant IT experience and a robust interest in developing their technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for computer systems and IT equipment.
Install, configure and maintain hardware and software.
Troubleshoot computer, printer and network-related issues.
Handle basic networking and system maintenance.
Support employees with day-to-day IT-related problems.
Maintain IT assets and technical documentation.




Coordinate with senior IT staff to resolve technical issues.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or a related field.
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related qualification.
Good knowledge of computer hardware and software.
Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
