Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end branch operations efficiently.
Drive sales of Gold Loans, Stock Broking, Investment Products, and NBFC offerings.
Lead, mentor, and motivate branch sales teams to achieve business targets.
Achieve revenue and profitability goals through effective business development.
Build and maintain robust customer relationships while expanding the branch's local market presence.
Ensure operational excellence, compliance, and superior customer service.
