Job Description:
Manage overall shop-floor production and labour.
Have solid knowledge of manual machining operations and manufacturing processes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
Handle inspection, dimensional accuracy and quality control.
Plan daily production schedules and monitor job progress.
Manage machine operators, allocate work and ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with vendors and management for smooth production.
Experience: 5–8 years in a mechanical manufacturing unit preferred.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
