We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Academic Counsellors to contact prospective students, explain our courses, and identify interested candidates for further counselling.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students.
Explain the institution's courses and programs.
Understand students' interests and career goals.
Provide basic information about courses and admissions.
Identify interested candidates for further counselling.
Maintain call records and update lead details.
Follow up with interested students when required.
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in Malayalam.
Explicit and confident speaking skills.
Friendly and skilled attitude.
Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
