Roles and Responsibilities
Patient Care & Safety: Check patient comfort during therapy, maintain proper hygiene and safety.
Therapy Procedures: Perform therapies as instructed by the doctor.
Doctor’s Instructions: Follow the prescribed treatment method, duration and precautions.
Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of therapy rooms, beds, equipment and instruments.
Equipment Handling: Use therapy equipment properly and keep it clean after use.
Record Keeping: Maintain daily patient therapy records and update the concerned doctor or supervisor.
Professional Behavior: Communicate politely with patients and maintain patient privacy.
Teamwork: Follow hospital rules and cooperate with doctors, nurses and other staff members.
Material Management:



Inform the supervisor about the availability and requirements of therapy oils, medicines and other materials.
Qualifications
Minimum 10th or 12th pass; preference may be given to candidates with relevant therapy training.
Certificate or diploma in Ayurveda Therapy, Panchakarma Therapy or Naturopathy is preferred.
Freshers may be considered but experience would be plus point.
Significant Conditions
Therapies must be performed only as prescribed or authorized by the doctor.
Therapists must not independently diagnose diseases, prescribe medicines or change treatment plans.
Patient information must remain confidential & Professional.
All hospital rules, duty timings and instructions from authorized seniors must be followed.
