Roles & Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the spare parts department.
Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure timely availability of spare parts.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and conduct regular stock audits.
Handle spare parts ordering, procurement, and supplier coordination.
Ensure proper storage, billing, and documentation of spare parts.
Coordinate with the service and sales departments to meet customer requirements.
Monitor slow-moving, rapid-moving, and non-moving stock.
Control inventory costs and minimize stock shortages and excess inventory.
Lead, guide, and supervise the spare parts team.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate parts delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any stream;




Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spare parts management.
Positive knowledge of automobile spare parts and inventory management.
Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Knowledge of DMS, Excel, and inventory management systems.
Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
