Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented BDE – Lead Generation Executive with 1–3 years of experience in IT lead generation, IT service sales, or IT product sales. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, building prospect databases, and supporting the business development team in acquiring current customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads for IT services and IT products through various channels.
Identify and research potential clients, target companies, and decision-makers.
Conduct lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
Build and maintain an accurate database of prospects and business contacts.
Identify opportunities for IT services, software solutions, and product sales.
Qualify leads based on business requirements, budget, and potential interest.
Schedule meetings and demos for the business development and sales teams.




Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Maintain lead records, follow-up activities, and sales pipelines using CRM tools or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT industry.
Experience in IT service sales lead generation or IT product sales lead generation.
Valuable knowledge of LinkedIn, cold emailing, cold calling, and online lead research.
Familiarity with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar platforms is an advantage.
Solid communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
Ability to identify target audiences and generate relevant business opportunities.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
